Diurnal Nesting of Caretta caretta (Linnaeus, 1758) in Southern Tyrrhenian Sea

Abstract


Diurnal nesting activity is an uncommon event for Loggerhead Sea Turtles (Caretta caretta). In this short report is described a unusual deposition in Sicily Island.
