Abstract

Geographical distribution of lesser known colubrid snake Coluber bholanathi Sharma, 1976 is expanded to new state based on live specimen capture. We are supplementing knowledge on its taxonomy, morphology and natural history in the same work. Further field surveys in rocky hills of north Karnataka will reveal more information about this endemic species.
